SUBMISSION

Junior chorister's parent/guardian will be required to sign the following Waiver at the time of registration:

I understand that Choir School involves a wide range of physical activities, including trips off campus, and that all due caution will be observed by all staff members. However, I hereby release Choir School and its staff from any liability for accidents or personal losses during the week of Choir School, unless caused by proven negligence of staff.
